The Konde Diocese is our Lutheran global companion in Tanzania. Our congregation is partnered with the Iwambi orphanage, where our commitment supports children’s education, medical needs, housing, and food.

St. Paul Penryn’s food pantry is a ministry of the church for the Penryn community and surrounding communities.

St. Luke and St. Paul have several event spaces that are available for community use and rental.

Bands Together is a group exercise class using resistance bands. The classes are free and bands are available for use during the class. Bands Together is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-11:00 am in the Chapel at St. Luke.  All fitness levels welcome!

The women of the ELCA (WELCA) organize winter collections for local charities, conduct a Thankoffering worship service, make and deliver gift baskets to shut-ins and nursing home residents, and plan fun fellowship events.

Tree 4 Hope is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing a bright future of long-term hope for children, elders, and their families in Guatemala and around the world through educational, health, and mental wellness outreach programs. Small groups of volunteers travel to Guatemala every other year to volunteer with the organization.

Music is a big part of Christianity because it helps people connect with God and each other. Singing songs of praise, joy, or reflection lets believers express their faith in a heartfelt way that words alone can’t always capture. It’s a beautiful way to share faith, celebrate hope, and feel closer to the divine.

Beer & Bible, Zoom Bible Study, Forums & Conversation, Seasonal Devotionals are all ways we engage with God’s word through study, prayer, and conversation.

Shared with other Lutheran congregations in North Lancaster, a monthly breakfast including bible study and updates on congregational outreach ministry is discussed

Families gather for an evening family style dinner where prayer and conversation are the focus. Kids enjoy an activity, game, and lesson while parents get a chance to talk and socialize.

The Backyard ministry is a way in which we can gather safely as community. We offer live music on the lawn, food trucks, pop-up beer garden, and activities for kids. Our events are all family friendly, dog friendly, and welcoming to all. Donations of food and money that are collected at events 100% support our food ministry program

Skilled and unskilled quilters alike work together to make warm and beautiful quilts. This year 106 quilts were lovingly made and donated to Lutheran World Relief. The quilts will be distributed to those in need in the US and abroad.

Each month St. Luke highlights and supports a different  organization or need. Donations to these life-changing organizations truly make a meaningful impact.

The Book Club is a casual group of readers who come together to discuss a pre-selected book’s theme, characters, plot, and personal experience with the text.  Books are selected from a variety of genres.

Free hot meals are served in the chapel at St. Luke on Thursdays from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm and Sundays from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm. The meal is open to any and all who are looking for a meal and community fellowship.
